Let It Fade EP
El ateniense Ntanos es el encargado de estrenar la segunda decada de entregas de la celebrada saga Flumo Recordings. Despues de firmar trabajos para Sweetleaf, Pink Silver o Siteholder protagoniza este más que sugerente ‘Let it Fade EP’.
Dando nombre a este EP encontramos ‘Let it fade’, donde nos marca las líneas fundamentales de su exquisito sonido. A saber, rítmica tan compensada como juguetona, sensualidad hedonista en sus juegos vocales y un groove ligeramente empapado de muy buen jazzy funky houze.
Ekkohaus es un viejo amigo de la casa y en esta conexión con tierra helénica no podían faltar sus magistrales quehaceres musicales. Bien conocido y apreciado en el circuito underground, un remixazo se marca el amigo. Precipitándonos deliciosamente a un deep house donde sus sorprendentes detalles jazzísticos encajan a las mil maravillas con una bass line y una frescura compositiva al alcance de pocos.
Zumo son una de las felicísimas últimas incorporaciones de la factoría Flumo. Su remake de ‘Let it fade’ es un auténtico caramelo. Cadenciosidad y elegancia, tan deepero como infecciosamente danzable.
‘Lets begin with’ es el segundo corte firmado por Ntanos, donde manteniendo sus excelentes credenciales nos presenta un house intimista que rebosa buen gusto y sutileza en su cuidada composición marca de la casa.
‘Mokoslokos’ es una pieza que alejándose de parámetros más cómodos nos invita a una ración de funk que sin dejar de beber de la house music cuaja un break tempo aderezado con unos especiados vocales que lo convierten en un original y explosivo plato de vanguardia.

Like the Alex Jones mix most, cant figure the production out on it, got a weird sound to it which i like, sounds kind of muddy and out of time, by explaining that it means i should dislike it, but feels really clever and understated, anyway, just gives it an interesting feel, and makes for good listening.
