Ekkohaus was born in Greece. He started with a classical music education, but after a few years he decided he had enough and he bought his first Roland drum machine and a cheap synthesizer. Since then, he has been introduced to computer music and nowadays he combines software and hardware equipment for his live performances.

His live sets are a mix of house grooves, deep bass, quirky samples and minimal structures, all blended with an oldschool Detroit feeling. The last few years Ekkohaus has been releasing music on various labels like Safari Electronique, Multi Vitamins, Kickboxer, Morris Audio, Serialism, Igloo, Flumo, After Dinner, Cargo Edition, Brut and Level. He has performed in London, Barcelona, Berlin, Florence, Bolognia, Munich, Kassel, Birmingham and a handful of venues in Athens, Greece.

He has recently started his own night, "Strictly No Dancing", a night that focuses to the art of listening and experiencing music. A fruitful new ground for social interaction and music education.
