Previously the A&R for Berlin’s Fine Records Kevin Griffiths launched Tsuba in Jan 2006. Tsuba specialises in underground house and techno and since its inception quickly earned a reputation as one of the UK’s leading labels.

The sound of Tsuba and Kevin as a DJ and producer is at the deeper end of dance music with emphasis on deep grooves and spacey melodies for late night/early morning clubs. 

A DJ for more than 10 years dates in 2008 included Fabric, The End and T Bar in London, Lost Baggage in Sydney, Zouk in Singapore, Snatch in Miami, City Hall in Barcelona and for Mandarine Crew in Mexico City. No label owner / DJ would be the complete package without a club night and the infamous ‘issst’ ticks that box. 2007 saw the release of the second issst double CD mixed by Kevin and released through Global Underground.

A late starter, Kevin started producing in 2007 and debut single 'Jaguar Shoes' appeared on GU's Afterhours compilation picking up support along the way from Sasha through to 2000 and One.  February 2009 saw the release of second single, ‘Cantona Kung Fu’, reaching number 2 in the deep house chart on Beatport.
